ACG Completes check audit of Central Illinois Manufacturing Facility.

Advantage Consulting Group has recently completed a check audit of the grinding operations at a Illinois railroad parts manufacturer.

Advantage Consulting group engineers conducted an audit to determine the validity of standards implemented by the in-house industrial engineering staff.

Advantage Consulting Group was commissioned to perform time studies on two grinding lines of a railroad parts manufacturer. The facility is operating with a parts per shift goal, and had recently conducted an in-house study to determine if the goal was achievable. Management wanted to verify the goal and contracted with Advantage Consulting Group to conduct an audit.

Engineers conducted on-site time studies and reported their results.
