ACG completes audit of standards at Food container manufacturing facility.

A food container manufacturer contracted Advantage Consulting Group to conduct an audit of the standards of the machine operators and quality assurance inspectors at their Wisconsin facility.

An extensive audit was performed to determine the correct labor standards for the operators and QA employees. The standards were reported and implemented.

Advantage Consulting also designed a forecasting tool for this facility to use to determine the number of employees needed based on expected part output.
