Advantage Consulting's goal is to offer productivity enhancements that are custom tailored to fit the unique needs of each customer. David Wilson has over 40 years of experience as an industrial engineer in manufacturing and distribution settings. Mike Nerzig retired in 2003. In 2001, Paul Wilson was brought on as a consultant and programmer. Paul has over 20 years of experience in manufacturing and distribution. Our experience includes implementing cost reduction programs and developing standards for manufacturing and distribution operations. Some of our clients include Wakefern, Aptar, TH Foods Inc., Amerisource, H. E. Butt, Penn Traffic, Affiliated Foods of Amarillo, FINAST, Meijer, Stop and Shop, HY-Vee, PDI, and Revlon. Advantage Consulting Group LTD. has completed manpower studies for public and private sector facilities, conducted process improvement projects for both manufacturing and distribution facilities, and implemented engineered labor studies at all types of facilities all over the country.
